Home to 500 students from NTU and University of Nottingham, this huge development houses cluster rooms, apartments, communal living townhouses, gym space, cinema room and study spaces.
Now run by Fresh, Radford Mill is one of the largest student accommodation buildings in Nottingham. The architect integrated the old structure with new-build elements to allow for more rooms available for lease by the developer. A steel frame was chosen over the more traditional concrete, not only because of the speed of the build, but also to reduce the carbon footprint of the construction.
