Onsite Review and Contractor's Proposals
To ensure the employer’s requirements are met, we can undertake a reviewing role whereby the MEP contractor’s construction information is critiqued. In addition, we offer on-site review of the MEP installation, to ensure services are being installed to the building standards and employer’s specification. We will provide feedback in the form of reports and sketches, to help the installation progress in a compliant and timely manner.
To ensure the employer’s requirements are met, we undertake a reviewing role of the MEP contractor’s construction information. In addition, we offer on-site snagging of the MEP engineering installation, to ensure services are being installed to the building standards and employer’s specification.
What we are going to do (scope)

RIBA Stage 5 - Construction Stage - Onsite Review ReportA tracker which highlights snags that have been located during the onsite review, recommendations on how each corresponding snag can be addressed and tracking of outstanding snags during the subsequent on-site review. -
Comments on contractor’s construction informationEngineering services can be complex. To help you understand, we can provide some high-level skeches. -
On-site meetingsWhen required, attendance for on-site face-to-face meetings for the duration of the construction works.
Fee
The work entailed at this stage is dependent on the competency of the MEP contractor, therefore it is difficult to determine a flat fee for this service.
